Sulfuric acid tank semi-trailers yog tshwj xeeb semi-trailers tsim los thauj cov xov xwm corrosive heev xws li sulfuric acid thiab hydrochloric acid. Raws li Chav Kawm 3 cov tsheb thauj khoom txaus ntshai, lawv muaj cov kev xav tau siab heev rau cov qauv, khoom siv thiab kev nyab xeeb.
Lub tank lub cev feem ntau yog ua los ntawm carbon steel nrog cov yas hauv ob sab phlu, stainless hlau los yog tshwj xeeb los tiv thaiv -corrosion alloys, uas zoo tiv thaiv corrosion los ntawm concentrated sulfuric acid thiab tiv thaiv to. Nws feem ntau yog tsim los ua ib qho lossis ntau- cov qauv hauv chav, nruab nrog cov npog tshwj xeeb manhole, txiav thaum muaj xwm txheej ceev- tawm li qub, cov khoom siv tiv thaiv dej ntws thiab tiv thaiv - cov tshuab zoo li qub hauv kev ua raws li cov kev cai thauj khoom txaus ntshai.
Feem ntau yog nruab nrog ob - qag lossis peb - qag chassis, txhawb kev ncua thiab ABS braking system kom muaj kev nyab xeeb ntawm kev tsav tsheb. Sab nrauv yog haum nrog cov tshuaj tiv thaiv- coatings, cov cim ceeb toom kev nyab xeeb thiab cov lus qhia xwm txheej ceev kom ua tau raws li txoj cai lij choj kev nyab xeeb.
Siv dav hauv kev lag luam tshuaj lom neeg, metallurgical thiab chiv, lawv yuav tsum ua raws li txoj kev nruj thiab saib xyuas. Cov kev txiav txim siab tseem ceeb suav nrog cov khoom siv tank, sealing kev ua tau zoo thiab kev ua raws li daim ntawv pov thawj kom ntseeg tau tias kev thauj mus los ntawm cov tshuaj lom neeg muaj kev nyab xeeb.
